Paytm is making fool to the people while returning articles…I request all customers to don’t any orders from Paytm to suffer conditions like me. It’s very bad experience for me purchasing items from Paytm.
its making fool to the people while returning item.it has been past 4 days nothing items return from me..
only Paytm sending messages..Your article should picked on 13.09.2018 subsequently 13.09.2018,14.09.2018,15.09.3018 , problem remain the same article could not yet picked by mr.dharmendra ..

You can also Track/ Reschedule/ Download Acknowledgement slip for your pickup at and next message is (Hi! We tried calling you to pickup your Paytm order 6392692774 but your phone was not reachable.
We will re attempt in the next 24 hours. Track/ Reschedule) submitted wrong masssges towards call is not reCable to the customer.i have details history of the same day ,no call was received from your pickup article man I.e mr Dharmendra.i want to Paytm take proper action against mr. Dharmendra for providing wrong information to me and also to Paytm.
its very disgusting experience for me..I want to picked up my article as early as possible before I appeal to higher authority
