Dear Sir,
i have booked a bus through paytm, order id : 4777183048, date of journey : 12.03.2018. my complaint is that paytm send me the wrong boarding point because of that my bus was missed and there was no other alternate available at that time paytm customer care confirmed me that was a technical error. but now they don’t refund the money. i have send many email but there is no result. i have also write an email to PMO office, CMO of U.P, UPSRTC headquarter, police head office of U.P.
