sir, on 26/07/17 I ordered a laptop on paytm and paid in advance as required.the expected date to deliver the product was inbetween 1/08/17-3/08/17. one day before the expected date they cancelled my order without reason.the reason for cancellation is still unknown to me.after this they asked me to wait for another 4-5 days to refund the money.the amount is 48,499.
the problem is
*the reason for cancellation must be told to customer.
*in case the e-commerce company fails to meet the need of customer the refund process should be very fast in such cases.
*In cases where company do mistake and hold the money of customer they should be liable to pay the intrest on submitted money to respective customer.
