hello my name is Shashwat my paytm no. 9821849136 and yesterday from paytm no. 9415609036 I had to receive 3000 under transaction I’d 13092397718 was successful from 9415609036 and deducted from wallet however did not got transferred to 9821849136 after several email complain paytm is sending me a different transaction I’d of 3000 which was successful and stating that your payment is successful.I tried to explain that its different transaction of 3k and I complained of the other transaction 13092397718 but got the same formatted reply which is not useful.Please find the attachment
