Hello,

I have recently ordered a TOSHIBA external Hard Disk from Paytm with the order number:4520982864 and paid 5825 rupees. On 3rd feb i got the product at home. When opened the product it was something completely different. It was an internal Hard Disk from a different company “WD”(western digital). I never ordered this product. I raised a complaint in Paytm and they said a person will come soon to pick up the product and you’ll get a mail soon. Never got a mail and no one came to pickup. I called on their customer care, there is no option to follow up also.  On 3rd feb i got a mail that i cannot return the “toshiba hard disk”. But my question is, i never got the toshiba hard disk.

Please take necessary steps against this fraud company called paytm and get my money back as soon as possible.
