Hello,
I had ordered medicine on 15/03/2018 through Paytm. In paytm wallet I had balance of ₹402 and I needed ₹1151 more. So I added the required money through my bank
After confirmation of payment through my bank, Order was cancelled due to some technical error of Paytm. After that I saw that no transaction recorded in Paytm passbook or wallet. And ₹402 balance is showing in Paytm account. But ₹1151 which I have added through bank was not refunded. I sent E-mail to Paytm but no response received from Paytm.
Then I had E-mail to ICICI bank and Netmeds regarding order. They said that amount is still in Paytm account. And they didn’t received the amount.
I have called many times on Paytm customer care number but no response received.
I am looking for some good response regarding this issue.
