I ordered for a Van Heusen trouser for Rs. 1372 order no 6052698914, which after 3 days on site was of Rs. 2799. Order delivered to me was a blue jeans. When complaint to customer care they said refund is the only option.
They clearly want me to get refund of 1300 and order same trouser for 2799. Or they can sell it to others for higher price. This is strategy they play to get more money.
If i ordered it first for lower amount how can they fool me by sending a blue jeans and say we cannot replace it with the original item, its not in our policy. Their only policy is to harrass the customer.
