Regarding train tickets booking from phone number 8698267755, Booking I’d (7435806674), I have cancelled ticket in a minute, I dint got refund amount which is to be given from Paytm on my bank account of corporation bank, As I called customer care executive of Paytm the reply is we have done your amount which is 1035 from 1100, 65 rupees cancellation charges I said ok for it but I don’t got atleast 1035 amount as you are saying, the same reply I am getting that we have transferred the amount from our side, Don’t know where my money gone.

• Train was booked from surathkal to Ratnagiri booking id :-(7410637429) Cost 355rs
•  Ratnagiri to surtahkal booking id is 7435806574
• Due to change 1100 out of which Paytm deducted 65rs
• Above all the tickets were cancelled by me in within 5-10mins
• Still the refund of amount is not been done in my bank account which is 355+1100= 1455
• From which 355 has to be transferred to bank of India account
• 1100 to the corporation bank
• Had conversations with all the sides banks as well as Paytm
• No one is taking responsibility where the money is.

Please give me justice from this kind of harassment and fraudulent online sites
