Worst service by Paytm. Let me elaborate my issue : Few days ago i had received one text message regarding cashback or cash win from Gamepind they have tie up with Paytm.
I had just clicked at the link and saw they are charging 49 rupees for quiz i skkiped after some time when i checked my paytm vallet isurprised because the had charged me 245 rupees at the paired of 49 rupees.
I went to paytm customer helpline 24&7 these people are not listned my problam the had sent me same message often.
They said me you have transcation with verify paytm otp but i don,t recieve any otp regarding quiz they are deduct automatic transaction from my paytm vallet so here I am requesting to paytm customer care that kindly transfer my money back to my account..
but no one is bother to help from last 6 days ..find my resolution asap or I have to take legal action…
