Text of Complaint by Pallavi Challa:

I have bought BOAT headphones via Paytm. But am not satisfied with the order i received and so tried the return policy. The courier guy indeed come to my house , but due to my stringent timings in office and my prolonged project hours couldn’t return to him on time. He triggered no return policy . Now am not able to return the the headset received.

Note:The headset received is perfectly working so is the other materials given with it are safe , but I want to replace the same BOAT headset with a sponge ear cuff headset. Please sort the problem or at least let me know what can be done.
