I have purchased rupees 999 gift card of Big brand factory to buy any 5 items on 18/2/17 at 23/15 hrs,but today it was learnt that the vouchers which is received on text message is not valid,therefore I had contacted several times today’s to paytm but no response is given by them,now I want my money back ,customer care service of paytm is totally bulshit ,no customer executive is available to resolve my issue ,paytm is very fraud online app ,I am very much disappointed ,I juss want my money back I.e.999 rupees.
