Paytm neither gave parcel of my order no. 5637350502 nor refund my money back. On their site they had updated that the product was delivered and as a proof they had uploded a fake signature of mine.
I messaged many time to them but there was no clear or positive response regarding this. One time courier service called me and insure me that they have done the process of refunding but folks of paytm do not give any positive view.
They message same type of question again and again. And lastly they say sorry. I don’t know what to do in this situation.please do any favour regarding this
