Image Uploaded by Mohit Bansal:On 27th june 2018 I had ordered a screen guard tempered glass for my phone honor view 10 of Rs. 399 plus shipping charges Rs. 25. I had applied a cashback voucher which stated that you will get cashback within 24 hrs of item shipped. Expected delivery was on 5th July 2018. I had paid through paytm wallet Rs 424. I made a numerous calls on customer service number of paytm shopping mall but they never picked it up. I had also put on issue in the paytm app query section but they said sorry for the inconvenience we will deliver your product on priority basis. And Cashback would be paid after 24 hrs of product delivery. Please find the attachment for order no. and Cashback voucher applied.
