Text of Complaint by Amol Savant:

I added 3000 rupees to my paytm wallet (Wallet Txn ID: 18070704032) on 7th March 2018 at 2.11pm and then I transferred back this amount to my bank account on 7th March 2018 at 7.24 pm but I didn’t receive money back to my bank account. Either I didn’t get any kind of response from Paytm customer care service. I tried many time to talk with them. But they didn’t connect my call to the service executive. I lost my patience now.
