on 15/02/2018 i done a transaction to transfer funds ti my friends account using paytm app, my account was debited for 1000 but my friend didnot receive the amount i did this transaction three times during all these transactions my account got debited but for 3000 rupees after 30 min i received a message from paytm that i purchased gift vouchers of 3000, instead of refunding me paytm using its own discretion they purchased paytm gift vouchers on behalf of me immediately i launched a complaint to customer care but their response was very poor two days have elapsed they did not refund my amount back with the act of paytm i under went stress and agony and it caused time waste i request you to kindly take up my issue and do justice to me
