While we ordered an item Hero motoCorp splendor + i3s vide order number 6425819398 on 01.11.2018 by paytm through our debit card. .but payment is failed but amount is deducted vide POS 89050473 at paytm trxn 232651 worth rupees 49999 from debit card instead of rupees 53350 and also we got mesage is as payment failed. And deducted amount rupees 49999 not credited to the account holder where we ordered the item that is BAHADDUR DESAI MOTORS Haveri karnataka and also not refunded to my bank account and also we filed an issue to the paytm wallet but till they not responsed for me. So I pray for kindly provided justice
