Text of Complaint by Aashim:

On 14th September 2017 I ordered a iPhone 7 black (32gb) worth rs 47,098 with order id 3819380207 , but my order automatically got cancelled and after so many queries and calls made to paytm , paytm claims that the amount was refunded on 22nd September, but there is no such credit in either my bank account or in paytm wallet, then again I had to raise the issue and I was told by paytm care that I’ve to consult my bank for that.but the bank says that they don’t know anything and it’s totally a fault of paytm.I then again sent a query mentioning about the same but I did not get any reply from paytm. I don’t know why a company making millions want to rob 47,098 rs from a common mans salary. I need my money back.
