I bought a rayban wayfayers from paytm mall and because of quality issues I returned the product on 13 th april and I didn’t get the refund till date.the customer care number is not connecting on mobile and they said it is bank fault and not them.the bank said they had nothing to do it is their fault.now paytm customer care is not at all responding please help me
