I booked flights via PaYTM on 17th July and had to cancel it as my father got hospitalised. I cancelled the booking and submitted the Medical bills to Vistara Airlines. They found my case genuine and Authentic and agreed for Full Refund. Since flights were booked by Paytm so its been almost 2 months i am begging for own my money from PAYTM.

Ref : 34641340 has Not been Sorted till now.

Every time Fake Promises are made. And customer care Team says they have escalated matter to Senior Authorities.

I think Senior Authorities are least interested in their Job. Really regretting of making booking by PAYTM..

GUYS PLEASE DONT USE PAYTM. Beware of such Companies. Their punchline Says Paytm Karo, I would say PAYTM Kabhi Mat karo..

Regretting !!!
