Hi Team ,

 It is being a very hectic and troubled day for me just because of Paytm ,

I have been using this app from a very long time but never had any trouble .

In ref to above mentioned Wallet transaction ID : 17858914641 , wherein I have added 1000 rupees from my Credit card and that amount instead of coming to my Paytm wallet went directly to paytm Gift and vouchers (which was not priory being informed ) .

I have tried multiple times to get a hold of someone in customer care but Paytm customer care Sucks , No one care (what kind of customer service is this)

You made the IVR to respond each and every query of customer which is not possible because IVR is not Human , and even using the IVR it is not recognizing my Transaction ID : 17858914641 .

NO ONE CARE TO RESPOND , Whom shall I contact , from where I will be getting my issue resolved .

 

I never had any issue with any of the mobile wallets app but this paytm really sucks .

I have already given the best feedback that is possible within my scope to Paytm , I know my standaloan feedback won’t will bother your Billions of earning , but certainly you will be losing one of your potential customer.

 

I has some personal issue which end in consuming all my cash that is the reason I thought to add the money using credit card and further will transfer that money to my debit card{Process which has been changed} , for which PAYTM always charge me money .

 

Please just transfer that 1000 to my credit card back , that is all I want .

I swear I won’t will be using PAYTM ever in my life .

Please return my money .
