payment not settled in bank.
Complaint raised on 12th jan but no revert has been taken from paytm . I received the money from paytm merchant bank. But it did not got transferred to my bank account. I continuously called the paytm customer care and talked to several agents named Mr bipin, Ms Shubham, Mr. Prabhas, Mr. Rishabh and Mr.arijit. everybody did confirmed the that the payment has not settled in bank and it will get settled in 2 days. But it has been more tha 3 weeks my payment has not been settled yet. One agent told me to change my account details . I mailed them to change the details but no revert from paytm. I am really fed up of their service now
