I ordered a product on 9th June 2018, which was a prepaid order of amount Rs 33600. I was supposed to get the delivery on 18th of June 2018. I called the customer support and escalated the issues and coordinate with the customer service.
But I haven’t received my order till date. So I asked Paytm to refund the money back so that I can order it from somewhere else. But now they denied to refund my money and asked me to wait until the product arrives.
I have called the paytm customer service asked them on social media and even emailed them. I have been left with no option but to complain here so please helpĀ me out.
