I have ordered dell latitude 3560 via paytm on 19th march 2018 and today (23-03-2018) I have received damaged old vostro laptop, very poor customer service,on hold for more than 30 mins..no resolution..online it is mentioned “immediate refund” but no action taken.
Fraud company, never buy products from this company.
The same thing happened with me. Ordered a Dell Inspiron laptop on Paytm but received a completely damaged old Lenovo laptop with all parts missing. The seller was Khushbu Enterprises in Gwalior, MP.
The return request has also been rejected now. This is just shameless fraud by either seller or the delivery agent and Paytm has no checks in place to prevent such things.
Kindly tell if you were able to resolve this issue.
