Text of Complaint by Sumit Bhardwaj:

I have done a recharge on my idea app through paytm but the recharge was unsuccessful but payment has been done from my account to paytm. I got a message from paytm that your 375rs against id 209849011 will be refunded in 24hrs. But three days have been gone and i didn’t get anything. Icalled 3times in customer care and i have told that your id is wrong. What should i do?
