Respesit Sir/Ma’am

 

I initiated booking a flight from Pune to Lucknow with my Credit card and the same got failed. The amount was 8k+ and was immediately deducted from my cc. Paytm promised to refund the same in 7-14 working days but its 22days now and m still waiting for the refund. It was through my credit card that means I am being charged for that money.

Please do something so that I can avail the refund asap. I have attached the complaint image including the transaction numbers.
