Respected sir,

I purchase fastag from PAYTM website on the condition that they will process the fastag by 28thof June 2018. I bought the same through Paytm on 22nd June 2018. But they refused to acknowledge the processing of fastag saying I need to first complete the KYC .

Which on app would not accept my AADHAR, LICENSE ,PAN OR PASSPORT COPY , claiming that server was being upgradee or was under maintenance.Raised  query everyday from 28th June 18, but they kept saying server was under maintenance. I also called on the toll free number and they requested me to send an email of my ADHAR CARD AND MY CAR RC BOOK COPY FOR FASTAG…

TILL THIS DAY THERE IS NO RESPONSE. THERE IS NO PROCESSING OF THE FASTAG.. WE CAN NOT EVEN CANCEL THE ORDER PLACED. we cannot do anything MY ORDER no is   5428605691
