Text of Complaint by ravi mehta:

Air flight ticket was booked from paytm on 23 oct at 4:50 pm and flight was at 6:40 from igi airport as it clearly shows that ticket is booked 2 hrs before. after reaching airport at 6:10 i was not allowed to check in and i missed the flight . i am feeling harassed both by airport officials and feeling cheated by paytm. Though ticket says u have to check in 2 hrs before flight take off as m not frequent flyer i didnt knew that and ticket was available on paytm 2 hrs before flight take off so i booked thinking ill get flight but now i think its a vicious circle of paytm and air india and airport officals and only consumer is getting harassed both mentally and economically .if paytm knows that consumer will not be allowed to check in after 2 hrs to flight , why the ticket was available on paytm .  please look in this matter otherwise i have to complaint in consumer forum.
