i transfer 5002 rs to my bank account on 2 april from ptm wallet in 3 steps first 4964.60 second 28 rs. third 10 rs after 9 days till this amount is not credited to my account i tock to ptm care they told me transectin is sucessfuly done i request them to tam my complain regarding this Fraud but the are not taking my complain i tock to my bank care also thry told me that they not have any kind of information regarding this transection and no money was given to them to credit in my account.
Ptm care giving me rrn no. again again and say give your complain to bank. they send me some mail
i need that money very argently so plz help me to solve this problem.
