Text of Complaint by saurabh arora:

  1. i bought the product from paytm mall app. the product was returned by me and the status for related refund is under process since 26.09.2017 .. no status update since last 20 days .. i have made many complaints to the company but they neither respond the calls (always busy) nor they respond my emails to them… its now become too frustrating.. my money n i m the one who become beggar in front of them.. why ??
  2. kindly resolve my issue asap.
