Hi,
I have ordered 1 LED tube light on 30th may 2018, and the deadline for delivery was 2nd June 2018, but today is 6th June 2018 and I still not received the product yet, I have not even received a single call from the courier company nor the paytm company, I raised 5 to 6 complaint through paytm app, but not received and help, they are not even bothering to reply on my emails, I tried to call payt customer care but no one picking the calls, I tried for 3 days, not the courier company picking the calls, I request you to please consider by problem, and kindly resolve this, either refund the amount or deliver the product, the courier company is making fool to all of us.
Total amount paid including delivery charge is 329.00
Kindly resolve it been 7 days not resolved my issue
