my money is not refund yet 26- sep . i was ordered red chief shoef on paytm date-26-sep-2017 and made payment of rs 3644 this order had packed but not dispatch till 19-sep so, 20-9 sep this order had cancelled by my money is not refund till now . and customer care not picking call i make a call to paytm customer care many times …and send many msg but they did not taken any effective step . on paytm show amount refunded in my debit card bt money not received in my bank a/c till now plzzz help me for recovering my money
