Sir/Madam, my Paytm account no. is 7018493996. I tried to add money i.e. Rs. 5200 in my wallet on 15th of june from my credit card of kotak mahindra bank. transaction was fully successful from the side of bank and money is also deducted from my bank account but money did not reflected in my paytm wallet till now.
I concerned with paytm officials. They told me that from the side of paytm your transaction was failed. Now money will be revert back to your bank account.
Thereafter, i went to Kotak mahindra bank and discussed my entire problem, they told me that on 19th of june merchant i.e. paytm had already claimed that amount of Rs. 5200 from Bank and bank payed that amount of Rs. 5200 on 19th of june to paytm merchant.
Now, bank told me responsibility from bank side is totally complete. you must go and talk to paytm end to resolve your issue. Now, i am totally helpless and does not know that what to do, where to go, from whom i should concern about this matter.
i am totally frustrated with your services and with due respect once i will get my money bank either from bank side or from paytm side, i would terminate your services voluntarily by my own and i would never use your services in my entire life and also recomend my friends and relatives not to use paytm services. In Last, just let me know whether i will get my money back or not.
if yes, then within how many relevent time period. if i will not get my money back within relevent time period i will definitily take legal action againt paytm.
