Text of Complaint by V Gangadharan:

Dear M/s.Paytm,

I have booked my bus ticket in through website for their bus from Ahmedabad(airport) to Adipur at 8:45pm on 20.10.2017 while in payment gateway after the bank login, the payment gateway page was blank means that no PNR created, no tickec issued but i got a message from bank that the amount was detected from the account,

Then i call the bus travel agency, they said that the amount was not created to their account and the amount will be created to my account by the gateway agent(Paytm), after that my urgency i have booked the same seats again by Makemytrip agent by another transaction, till now no message were not received from anyone regards money back, please see the below money transaction details
