Hi
i purchased a lenovo yoga laptop from paytm on 28th august, and the moment i opened it i found the key “s” is not responding properly so i placed a request for replacement immediately and since then i have mailed 5-6 times and tried contacting customer care no. for the update but havent got any response. A very pathetic and poor customer support.
Please help !
