This is regarding my order for Haier 618GG vide order no. 3764310114 placed on 3rd September 2017 and paid INR 55499 Upfront.
First there was no mode for cancellation of order @paytm.
After struggling for a day I placed a cancellation request( issue no. 37358089) via paytm customer care on 5th Sep 2017 while the order was yet not shipped.
Made a follow up call to customer care on 6th September, yet no response.
Later order status changed to shipped and I called customer care again , yet no action.
Every time customer care says our back end is working on it.
Later, seller (Vijay Electronics) called me and told that even if you have cancelled the order . Now, paytm will not give you product and neither refund your money.
Request you to look into the issue and resolve the same at the earliest.
