I had made a payment using BHIM UPI on PAYTM on the same day of creating my UPI ID with PAYTM as per which I am entitled to a cashback of a cashback of price ranging from rs 1-1000 rs or a cashback of flat rs 50 within 48 hours of successful transaction.
Though all the T/C were fulfilled,I didn’t receive any cashback.I have filed 4 tickets on PAYTM within 5 days but they haven’t replied to even one of the tickets.
Then I called to the PAYTM customer care and they registered another ticket but after that I received a mail that my cashback *might* have been cancelled for not following the T/C.
I just want to know that on what ground my cashback has been rejected.Its not a matter of rs 50 but a matter of such ignorance by a so called reputed e-commerce service like PAYTM.

Complaint raised on 20 march 2018 but no revert has been taken from paytm . I received the money from paytm merchant bank account 9511812288. But it did not got transferred to my bank account 9511812288. I continuously called the paytm customer care and talked to several agents not response me everybody did confirmed the that the payment has not settled in bank and it will get settled in 2 days. But it has been more tha 4 days .my payment has not been settled yet. One agent told me to change my account details . I mailed them to change the details but no revert from paytm. I am really fed up of their service now. My paytm number is 9511812288.
