I made a recharge of rate cutter plan of Rs 122.00 on 30/09/2017 in my Father’s BSNL mobile number but Paytm credited money of Rs 61.001 against it. I sent numerous emails with attachment but they did not resolve the issue. Please help me in getting correct benefit.
