I have been struggling to get my money back from this company since 2 months now. Last month I had a issue of 13570/- which was partially resolved after raising multiple complaints and following it up for 1 month. Was really frustrated with all that happen and now have another issue with other Paytm wallet where someone sent 140/- to my Paytm and I never received the amount. No one from customer service is reply to my emails / Reply on facebook only asks for reference/ticket number which one never gets by placing request through web app / phone app. Have raised 3 complaints for the same issue and 2 emails. Contact number never gets you through the care executive and in case it does, they have only 1 thing to reply with that we have not received any amount even after sharing transaction number or message of succesfull from PayTM itself. Is it seriuosly a fraud company as I have been listening to somany compaints like this.

Yesterday the 29.07.2017 I had a balance of Rs.900+ at around noon. I have added Rs.2000/- to my wallet and my balance was shown as Rs.2009/- and not Rs.2900+. Hoping that the mistake would be resolved I waited for 24 hours with no positive result. There is no provision to contact paytm on phone to resolve my issue. Transactions before the Rs.2000/- addition to the wallet are not reflecting. Can some one help?
