1. I did not receive my order 4976001766, but they said it as delivered. Even i did not get any call from delivery boy. I filed complaint on 18-April-2018.
2. They replied investigating on my issue and will resolve.
3. Till now, i did not get any update on this issue.
4. Is this right thing to do. Just think as a human being –how can handle an order to others without informing to owner. Simply they are telling this. As a big online seller , is this Pay Tm reply.
