I recharge one number through paytm and somehow the transaction was cancelled or failed through some error by paytm.The recharge amount was 145 rs which include 5rs paytm wallet amount and 140 rs amount of my bank amount.After complaining they provide me the 5rs wallet amount and say that 140 rs was not collected by them and they can’t give it to me because they don’t receive the amount of 140rs from bank side.Also they are not replying my message regarding the same issue.I just want my 140rs back at any cost because the amount was deducted from my bank account at the transaction time.
