On 30th april i hve ordered my product from paytm but the order has been failed though money was deducted.i hve contacted paytm care but i dint get any satisfactory ans.then i tweeted about my query so paytm people tried to contact me n given time of 14 days saying that they did not get any payment for that order the money was deducted by SBI itself so bank will refund it within 14 days.today is 14 th day of my transaction though my query is same neither bank nor paytm has refunded my money
