My IRCTC User Id is rdhiman012 and There are one refund of ticket I’ve not received.
Amount of Rs. 1615/- was deducted against IRCTC Txn ID 100001257035325 on 05-May-2018 but ticket could not be booked.
We are chasing customer care regularly and still no satisfactory answers. Even when I have check my refund history it’s showing as Refunded but same is yet NOT RECEIVED.
The details are as follows:-
Transaction Id ==> 100001257035325
Transaction Date ==> 05-May-2018
Journey Date ==> 04-Jul-2018
Train Details ==> Himachal Express (14554) AADR ==> DLI
Amount of Refund == >1615
Hope so this all information is enough to get my refund as early as possible.
