Dear Team,
i have been facing this issue from last many transaction,as per mandate on every transaction for fuel there is a 0.75% cashback. i checked my passbook that have not been credited from many time. I would like to raise a claim or file a compaint against for the same.
I have full proofs for the same as well. There are 35 crore members who are using Paytm services.
