I would like to draw your kind attention towards a concern. My brother Deepak goel had booked a jet airways flight from Delhi to Pune in the month of April 2019. He had paid the amount of Rs. 4270 for the same. But unfortunately when he reached the airport, he got to know that jet airways has been closed and now there is no flight for him. This is really annoying that he come to know about all this after reaching the airport. This should have been told to us in advance through message or email.

The second thing which was most annoying is that he has still not received his refund of flight ticket. It’s been one year now and he is struggling to get the refund. he had done this transaction through Paytm. He have been into the follow up with Paytm for last one year. Every time he has been assured saying he will get the refund once the jet airways will release the amount but I don’t see any positive sign of getting the amount. Everytime he is assured by Paytm executive that some of the passengers have got their refund and similarly he will also get. Since the company has closed and we made the transaction through Paytm, then we will ask Paytm only. I am really worried about my brother’s amount and after waiting for long one year, my patience has finished and now I am escalating this to the higher authority.

I need my refund, it is as simple as that. I don’t know how you will make it possible that is solely your responsibility. I even need a compensation for the struggle that I have gone through for this amount, the phone calls I made, the efforts I made and everything. If you can’t handle this, then I think you should close your payment gateway.
