I have paid my electricity bill and didn’t receive my cash back

Added Rs. 300 to your Paytm wallet. Transaction ID: 17502838207. Current Balance: 300.0.
Bill Payment for KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD LTD 1145013013281 of Rs.1665.01 successful. Paytm Order ID:-4614910365, #PaytmKaro

 

i got message that showing I have received cash back of 300 bt I didn’t received it.

i like to get the cash back soon
