I had booked a I phone 6 32 GB (order id 3844149253) through Paytm app on 20-09-2017. but on 21-09-2017, i have to cancelled it due to some reason . i was made a part payment through my Paytm wallet (1239.68) and balance(Rs 26344/-) through my Credit card.
On the same day after cancelling my order I received Rs 1239.68/- in my Pytm wallet. But Rs 26344.32/- is not received till date which I was paid through my credit card.
I tried many times, to call Paytm customer center no. but unable to talk to customer care executive as they always busy.
I also raised a query through Paytm App. But not getting any response. You are requested to do the needful.
