Hello Team, My order no is 3866620848.Order is showing delivered in both Bluedart & Paytm portals however I haven’t received the package.Address is correct. Neighbors are not available to receive the order on my behalf. However the mobile no. mentioned for delivery was wrong(correct no would be – 8337061582 instead of 8334061582),hence I informed Paytm regarding that & your representative confirmed that it would be done.Conversation reff no was – 38991101.You can listen to the call recording as well. Now the situation is I don’t have the ordered item & the money has also been paid for the same upfront. Hence request you to look into the matter on priority basis & recover the item as soon as possible. Regards, Sweta 8337061582
