I had purchased Usha swing machine on 29th sep 2017 with order ID 3844561051 for which I had placed a return request on the same for the product was damaged from underneath two base nobs were missing, but the return was rejected , saying that my resion was unacceptable. I had corrected the complain with the paytm care with reference no 39369227 and 39699620 , and they had assured me that the damaged product will be collected and the refund will be inesiated, but till now there was no response from paytm , after multiple calls to the paytm care, they say that they will call in an hour but no response.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and give me the proper solution
