I booked the ticket from red bus app. &made payment through paytm . the amount was deducted but ticket was not confirmed. i called to red bus care they said that amount not received from paytm. in paytm passbook history. the transaction is successful with id.15513366878. & red bus id #33213368. please solv the problem & Refund my amount.
