I booked 2 tickets from delhi to dharamshala from paytm. As bus operated didn’t paid the punjab state tax and punjab police cease the bus between chandigarh and una around 180 KM before the destination point. Bus operator didn’t provide the alternative bus and ask to leave the bus approximately 2 AM.
we were on the road for more than 3 hours then somehow i could arranged a cab. I was going for honeymoon with my wife.
As this was the first time i was travelling with my wife. i felt so much embarrassing & helpless to face my wife and our honeymoon trip was spoiled because of Paytm.
I contacted so many time with Paytm customer care but they are not even listening and every time they ask for 1 hour time to call back 24 hours to resolve the matter but i never got any call from Paytm.
